Responsibilities:
The Admin manager will be part of the establishment team and will be responsible for running and implementing all processes and procedures related to:

• Office maintenance: Handle affairs related to office maintenance: including management of office supplies, communication with building management and other service providers for the office.
• Accounting Processes: Coordinate with accounting outsourcing company for book keeping, tax filing, and internal audit expense reimbursement, petty cash Etc.

University degree

• Overseas education or working experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the implementation of the technical cooperation project, ensure the project achieves expected goals, and promote the timely transformation of cooperation results to the product BU.
2. Responsible for high quality contracts of the technical cooperation projects based on company rules and local legal requirements.
3. Based on needs provided by the project manager, organize partner certification, partner section strategy review, partner section conclusion review, contract preparation and negotiation, contract signature, and so on.
